EBay is totally useless ...i provided all information but they have any control on seller better they stop selling ...dont make people fool. claim manager also not good even they favouring seller side ...may be they get paid from seller...

I call eBay to file complain on seller but they totally denied to file completed on seller. I have total communication record on my mobile .
then i put complain in re solution center. now waiting &
