I bought a Samsung galaxy grand 2 white smartphone from m.zahi0 i.e seller on ebay. The item was found defunct as having error in wi-fi connection, thereafter communication with seller and ebay, ebay directed me to send the item to the seller. The buyer sent the item to the seller after spending of rs.310/-as courier charge via DTDC to the seller for replacement.
Thereafter Again seller sent me a default product as a replacement which does not match with their mentioned description (RAM having 870MB while describe RAM as 1.5GB).
I raised a claim for the replacement on ebay because it has been paid through paisa pay id ID[protected].Ebay again told me to reship the item to the seller for replacement.I requested the ebay to provide me reverse Pickup facility for the replacement, but he din't provided this facility.I urge to the seller too for it, he promised me that I am in communication with courier fedex for it & your problem will be resolved sooner. Now he is making various reasons.
Every time ebay directing buyer to reshiped the item to the seller for replacement which causes financial loss to me.Although, On direction of ebay (1st time) i reshiped the item to the seller (for replacement of the item having error in wi-fi connection problem) After having expenditure of Rs.310/- (apart from the amount paid Rs. 14500/- ) through DTDC courier. But again (2nd time) the item received were not found as it described (like RAM having 870 MB only which is lesser than what it was described i.e 1.5GB ).
Please help me already it has gone apprx. 2 months in the conversation with all these parties’ i.e seller and Ebay. I am totally fadeup with the problem arises.
