I found this item as duplicate one with very bad quality, not at all like the original quality. Also the extra ear buds comes with this type of product, those were not included inside box(missig), also the user manual was not present(missing).
I raised the claim against this item with claim ID- 2303679 & paypaisa ID-[protected]. But request got rejected saying that we don't guarantee for Quality. The packaging of product is of ask me bazar & paym!
I contacted customer support 2 times till now.Both tim they sad we cannot give guarantee of product.Then why ebay product page is saing 100% origial product?
Is Ebay is open platform to sell duplicate products?
I have contacted the seller. Seller told me that he is ready accept the item return. But I didn't find any return procedure in order details(No option), even I had raised claim for this item. Paypaisa ID:[protected] Kindly let me know the procedure to return this item.
Seller said if you have issues, you can return the item from ebay but you will have to pay for delivery charges. Why should I pay? and for what? This is not at all acceptable.
Customer support said you say seller to mail ebay about his acceptance of return request by keeping m in CC(Just now I asked seller to that, no reply from him yet). I have one of the recorded call as a proof of communication with ebay customer support & all the emails for this claim.
