[Resolved] Ebay.in — Ebay delivered me a damaged product | |||||
After delivering a damaged product ebay did not return and refund after 30 days of claim filing.The product is FANCY & PORTABLE FOLDABLE CLOSET WARDROBE CABINET-Brown Item no:[protected], delivered to me on 12 Jan 17. There are number of rods are found damaged after opening the pack. When i claimed for refund on 12 Jan 17, ebay wants to force me to reship the product to ebay's seller. As it is not a duty of a customer, i refused to reship and said ebay must pick up this by their own means. On the basis of my refusal to reship ebay closed my claim and did'nt refund my money.
