Ebay.in — Ebay guarentee is totally misleading.. kind of cheater.

Claim ID: 738098 PaisaPay ID: [protected] Item number:[protected] I have purchased some gym equipment's and it weighs around 80Kg, when I got the product this seems to be very cheap it doesnt worth a penny, when I contacted the customer care for the claim, their respond was very slow. I mean you will get a response after 2 weeks. Now they are telling I need to send the whole product by courier, its a joke how can I send something 80kg. Before buying there was no condition like that, the have ebay guarantee for all these kind of issue. The seller on the other side is telling that we are selling these kind of product, cant do anything for you. ebay.in is still very immature and fraud, i think i have lost around 8k.
