Hi,
I have ordered a product in ebay.In and it was delivered to me. But when i opened the package and checked i found it is non working product, so i have contacted seller, seller agreed for refund and asked me to reship the product to him. For safety, i have raised a claim in ebay on 2nd july, 2016 but i didn't got any response (Call or mail) from them till 17th july. So i have called them, they said please wait till 19th july we will surely call. But today is 21st july but till now there is no response. Ebay is wasting buyers valuable time in not responding to buyers problems. Before purchases they say no worry ebay guarantee is there. But after sale, they are not even responding. Whenever a buyer calls they won't try to resolve problems on phone. They simply say they will get back in 48 hours.
