Ebay.in — Ebay: payback points not returned after 16 days

On 25 Feb I was trying to buy something form ebay.in . I had 2652 points in my payback account and rest account I was planning to pay by my HDFC CC. But due to some issue I was not able to make final payment and transaction got canceled. But my payback points deducted but till now there is no refund. I am following up with your customer care refund of my payback points and every time I am told it should be refunded in one or two more days but its 16 days now and no refund. Don't know if eBay have any intention to return my points ( aprox Rs. 650 ) Following was the trx details from payback.
