I bought a product on ebay.in and I received a damage product, I am convinced that the seller send me the damage product.
I raised a claim regarding that including the photos of damage product.
ebay executive said that the according to investigation the product I received was intact and the photos I send was not of the same product I received (Means I am fraud). I dont know how she come to this conclusion.
Then I send the photo with seller sign and the damage on the product. ebay executive was still not convinced that seller send me an defective product.
Ebay executive is requesting me that I should submit a letter by courier company that product I received was damaged. I dont know the reason why I have to submit the letter when it is clear by photo that the product is not damaged in transit and courier company will not entertain such issue.
Your executive admited that this type of damage can happen in transit and thats the reason I have to submit the letter (Not using common sense at all).
Help me out with the issue.
