I have Purchased an 2TB Seagate Hard Disk Drive from Ebay on 17/09/2014
On 25/09/2014 I have Receive the item and on 26/09/2014 Seller called me about the Feedback
Before I update the Feedback I have Checked the warranty status on Seagate website and it showed warranty will Expair on 21-June-2016 since I have Purchased on 17-Sep-2014 I have called seagate to update the warrant status
Seagate said that your hard drive with serial number NA76MDFN is shipped from US and this Drive will not get support in INDIA.
I have Called the seller and informed the same

Seller said that he will talk to some one in saegate and help me to update the warranty for India and he asked for two days time
After 2-3 days seller said that I need to send an Email to seagate Requested for the Warranty updated from US to INDIA

Seagate warranty policies, drives distributed outside of India must be returned
within the original country of distribution.

Informed the Seller the same But there is Response
So I have Requested for a Refund from EBay on[protected] Claim ID:675594
Some one Ebay Called me and Asked for a Proof for Seagate Telling that it is not a Valid Drive on India
So I want to Seagate Service center asking for a Proof with the Seal But they said they will not able to provide a Proof with seal and I need to call customer care for Help
I have called customer care and asked about the Proof, Seagate support said they can send an Email with the Information

When I Send this information to Ebay, Ebay support says that is not a Valid Proof
I have called Ebay and said that this is only Proof that Seagate an Provide to Me but Ebay is not Ready to Provide the Refund.
I did't not Understand what other proof Ebay need apart from a Mail from Seagate support informing that the Drive is not supported in INDIA
Please Help me to get the Refund From Ebay.
