[Resolved] Ebay.in — ebay sold me product at above the mrp and refused to help me & rejected my claim | |||||
Claim id : 3132328, paisapay id[protected], I purchased brief of 208rs and seller sent me the item of 160rs even it was under free shippinng... I contacted seller and wrote "maximum retail price or mrp is the highest price at which the product can be sold in india. This includes the cost of production, transportation, middlemen profit and also all applicable taxes." But still they are refused to help me and saying that they are not responsible in this case...
