[Resolved] Ebay.in — elite platinum steamer[protected] | |||
I got this in 2nd week of aug from ebay. I used it for the first time around 20-21 aug but it was not heating though its light was on. I lodged complaint with ebay. They asked to send it back to them on my expense. I sent and they received on 6 sep. They did not respond back. I had to remind them. Then they wrote back that they cant refund as i had used it heavily for more than a month and i did not send it back in same box. They never told me to do so. It is so surprising to hear from them that i used it for more than a month when they got it back on 6 sep only. It clearly shows their ill intentions of not refunding. Now they are asking me to get faulty steamer collected after paying delivery charges. I have all communication in written. Rajesh [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
