[Resolved] Ebay.in — excess payment reversal complaint | |
Ebay Account: Byteme-Technologies I have already wrote more than 3 Messages to ebay Customer Support for the reversal of my excess payment for which I got a reply on 12.07.2018 from Tarannum Khan that my ebay-ID BYTEME-TECHNOLOGIES is being linked to some other ebay-ID and I have to pay the ebay fees of the other account which does not belong to me. I then replied to the message of Tarannum Khan and informed him that the other ebay-ID does not belong to me and I have just one ebay-ID which belongs to me and that is ByteMe-Technologies. I dont have anything to do with the other ebay-ID which was mentioned by Tarannum Khan. For the message I wrote to Tarannum Khan, I never got any reply till today. I also then wrote 3 more messages to ebay customer Support and no reply came back so far. I even was on chat with Neha from customer support, I called ebay often, but nothing turned positive so far and I dont get any reply from the customer Support anymore. What is the use of customer support if no one response? How come the other ebay-ID linked to mine? What made ebay to link someones ebay-ID with mine? Did ebay verify the other account before linking to mine? What is the proof verified by ebay? I really dont know if my questions would be answered. But there is no necessity for ebay to hold my excess payment for the sake of some others ebay-ID and his non-payment. I have paid all my ebay fees and I dont have anything to do with the other Ebay-ID. The only ebay-ID registered by me so far is ByteMe-Technologies and none other. I am really sick and tired, calling ebay customer support many times and writing messages to ebay customer support often, for which I never received any response. I hereby request you to please do the needful so that I get my excess payment reversed to my bank account. And I strongly believe that I would get a response to this message atleast.
