Product name: iphone 4s, 64 gb black.
Initially when i got the phone within 2 days the phone started to heat up... And there was no battery life. So i took it to the service center. They said that the ime no on the box and on the phone was different. And according to their system the phone is supposed to be white. But it is actually black.

After this i sent a complaint and they replaced the phone.

After about a month wait i got the replacement.

Once i got the replacement, the phone started heating up again and you cant even hear the other person while on call.

And this time they even removed the ime number tag on the back of the box.

We never ordered for a fake phone. I want my money back. Could even use the phone 4 one day.
