Hi Ebay Customer Support Team, I purchased a Fast Track watch on Ebay.in with Paisa pay ID [protected] on[protected]. On[protected] The product got delivered. On that date itself I raised a Claim Since the watch has lot of wear and tear and looks like used. Due to my exams I could not respond to seller . Even though I responded at various instances. The claim closed. I reopened the claim on November 1st week through call with customer support team. There is null response. I opened a case with online resolution center and after the day of case filed, Seller called me and expressed apologies and accepted return. But no courier person came for pickup. I spend 3 whole days and expect for courier man, but there is no response. I closed the case since there is no response from seller ( Even I contacted them over a phone ). I raised a refund request while closure of case. After that, I raised a various queries over phone, Chat and email at various instances. i am a shop alcoholic and shopped at various instances for my own purpose, friends and brothers and many others on behalf of them. This is really a bad experience from Ebay and the seller "watchcolony" for not responding or buyer. I am authenticated buyer in ebay. I need a proper solution for my paid amount of Rs 1550.
