[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Hasn't delivered the item after paying money

I have ordered for a headset that was worth Rs.510 from ebay.in...
I have done d payment online
They have sent me a message saying the product was delivered and confirmed successfully...
But the product has not been delivered or confirmed

This is what I got from ebay...

When I tried calling they are not responding...

This is what I received a few minutes ago...

It hasn't been received till now...I want to refund my money...As soon as possible...
