Ebay.in — Haven't received my money(45000) in 2 months

I had ordered a TV (~45000 Rs) but i never received the item as the seller was not able to fulfil it. Seller has acknowledged it and asked ebay to process my refund some 1 month back. But ebay.in has still not process my refund. I called their customer support like 10 times but they always say it will be resolved in next 48hrs but nothing happens. I am tired of it. Claim Id : 1246242
