[Resolved]  Ebay.in — hdmi to rca converter - not delivered

I have purchased one hdmi to rca converter on ebay.in on march 3, 2018 and as per the delivery timeline it needs to be deliver to me on or before 10/03/2018. But today is 09/03/2018 and i am getting message from ebay saying that now product will be delivered on or before 18/03/2018. The tracking details were shared with me on the same day i. E. On 03/03/2018 but on courier company's website the status of courier is appearing 'in transit' and my utter shock its not moving from its location since march 3, 2018 i. E. The date of buying and shipping of the product.
I had contacted seller via ebay portal but he had not responded me on this. Now when i called ebay customer care, they are also saying that i can raise a claim only on march 13, 2018 and they will settle the same by march 18, 2018 only.
I think ebay and their sellers are cheating their customers by changing timeline of delivery and sharing fake courier details.
I need my money back immediately or let the ebay pay interest to me on the amount paid by me. Thanks.

Again, ebay's worst ever service. Today all deadlines have been reached. I raised one claim on their website. But now, what i have got the below status in an email by ebay.in
"Refund request on hold for PaisaPay ID [protected]".
Now, they further want me to wait for 72 hours. I am going to file a consumer complaint by tomorrow morning and claiming INR 4 lakhs as a compensation towards mental agony + expense/interest.
Shame on you ebay.in team, you do not wanna resolve customer's problem.
After 16 days, today all deadlines reached, i have made a refund claim but now i have got the email saying below:
"Refund request on hold for PaisaPay ID [protected]"

Shame on you ebay.in. I am going to file one consumer complaint against ebay india tomorrow morning, claiming INR 4 lakhs towards mental agony and interest.
