I ordered goods on 14 April a Mobile phone costing Rs 18, 252. i was under impression that my phone would reach me with 2-3 working days. Now it's being 6 days the phone has not yet been dispatched. Even if they dispatch today I have to wait for another 7 days to deliver before I can ask for REFUND !!! In all to wait for Aprox 14 Days to get your goods deliverd. I did big mistake bought goods on Credit Card where the money has already been charged to my account on 15 April and now I nether have authority to cancel my order or claim refund
