Hi,

I have bought a HTC Mobile from E-Bay online on 25 Dec 2015 and after 6 month mobile not working properly. seller given me a warranty for 1 year
Mant time i called to ebay and seller but not getting any proper response.

i want to launch a complaint against both (ebay and seller) and i am ready to go at consumer court against ebay and seller
