Ebay.in — I had pain for an item and never received till date

I had paid for an item on Ebay on 23/05/14. The last date for shipping the item was 26/05/2014.But didn't receive it till date . Whereas, on their site they have mentioned that the item was delivered on 26/05/2014 to some WRONG ADDRESS. After making multiple complaints through calls and mails they are not refunding my money. I HAVE PAID FOR AN ITEM WHICH I DIDN'T RECEIVE AT ALL ! None of the customer care people or senior people are responding to my complaint properly. My case officer some name with Mr. Dennis not coming on call whenever i call them. ebay india making indian people fools. Seriously BIG NAME SMALL COMMITMENT. WORST SERVICE i've ever received online ecommerce site.
