Ebay.in — i tried to contact ebay more than 6 times,but ebay not helping me

Date claim opened:[protected] .. i tried to contact ebay more than 6 times using chat and call, but ebay not helping me.. even during last time when i called ebay, on call ebay representative promised me to give discount coupon for 1 missing item .. because ebay sent me only one pendrive instead of 2, and which 1 is received is started to use by me and i inserted personal-PRIVATE data of me in pendrive .. hence if i return this pendrive after formatting it even then it is the issue of PRIVATE-DATA-SECURITY, , because formatted data can be easily recovered again using DATA RECOVERY SOFTWARE, so, please try to understand my security consern and help me for refund of 1 pendrive as a coupon, , NOTE:if my phone is not reachable then sent me email,
