Ebay.in — Issue for refund pendding

Dear Sir, I have Order on 25th December, 2014, the complainant ordered a Dell Vostro 3446 Laptop, 4th Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win 8/2 GB Graph) GREY, which costs an amount of Rs. 35, 500/-, online through the item Id No.[protected] my paisapay Id No. [protected]. 4. I received the product on 6th January, 2015 but to his utter dismay, the product he received was not the product that he had ordered. The product he received was Dell AMD Vostro 3445 Laptop (AMD APU E1-6210- 4 GB RAM- 500 GB HDD- 14 Inch- (Grey). After I immediately inform to seller. the seller told me request to ebay for refund. after requested refund to ebay. after I got from ebay mail. for Buyer to provide Proof of "Item not as described". I submitted to proof scan copy and snapshot Image (JPG). and I sent it to [protected]@ebay.com on 9, jan, 2015. new day I got failure notice in my email and I try to many time under time line, after my claim (828823) has been rejected. after I call to customer subport eBay told it can help me to seller for my claim. and I call to seller but does not pickup my call, I try to so many and every day after my number kipped block his phone. after I stop to call his (seller). and then sent it a latter to the Managing direct, Ebay India Private Limited, 14th floor, North Block, Mumbai -400063. After my letter, I got call from ebay, offical teams. on 8th, and 9th, feb, 2015. they told me. My Item Reverser (reship) they will arrange soon for reship. after I got mail from ebay [protected]@ebay.com. my location is not under serviceable area, hence they request me to reship the item back to the seller and provide us the proof of dispatch copies. next day I reshipped to the seller mantion addres on 12, feb, 2015. with DTDC slip scancopy attachment to [protected]@ebay.com. after I got last mail. from Ebay on 16, feb, 2015. plase find the some proof of attachment files. the Item has been already deliver to seller I have totally lost money and time but my refund not received till now Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible Laishram Surjit Singh Department of Linguisitcis Manipur University Cant: [protected]
