[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Item not received

Hi, i purchased a watch few days back but haven't got the delivery yet.. The delivery was supposed to happen this week but didn't happen. I haven't got any notification and i am unable to track my order.
Order confirmation: paisapay id [protected]

Please solve the issue asap.
Either deliver me the product or refund me the money which is already deducted from my account.
