I have bought a mobile phone 'redmi note 4g' from ebay site which has warranty og 6 months for accesories and 1 year for mobile phone. My phone is in warranty, on claiming it at mi service centre, they refused to provide the service by saying that "service is not provided for the products purchased from ebay". On speaking to customer care of ebay, they even refused to help me out in this. Hereby, i am attaching the bill of my product entailing all details and the seal of mi centre for denying to provide service.
