[Resolved] Ebay.in — Mobile phone

I order a Nokia1100 mobile phone on 17/05/2017 through Order confirmation: PaisaPay ID [protected]. I got the delivery of the product on 20/05/2017. I assemble the phone with the battery and charge it. After charging I switch on the the phone and I found it is on. But after few minutes it is automatically switched off. For few times I tried this but every times the same result comes. Now I can not use that product Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I bought 1100 mobile and mobile is not charging and claim rejected even after raising compliant. This week I bought router which is not compatible with ACT FIBER NET and mentioned the reason with picture, but again claim not saw and mentioned I didn't pick call and claim about to close.
