Ebay.in — Negligence and taking for granted attitude

We recently brought a roti maker from eBay which was damaged at the time of delivery. We informed the same to eBay and raised the ticket. They promised to resolve at the earliest but zero action has been taken. The eBay Guarantee* claim SR# 1-[protected]. This probably will be our last transaction with the eBay fraternity and trust me, with this kind of attitude, you are heading to lose a major chunk of market!! Regards, Suchitra Madathil
