Ebay.in — No Refund after a month raising the claim With Claim ID - 821833

After too much follow up I am not able to get my money back from eBay and the customer service is worst I have ever faced in my life. I need my money back asap and need a action to be taken for the delay, problems I have faced with the customer service representatives.
