I was purchase nokia x2 mobile from ebay on the date of apr-10-17 but it was not authentic so i claim refund for it on the date of apr-11-17, but not yet give any valuable response from ebay. I give many reminder for this i. E
(Apr-2017:-12, 13, 14, 15, 20, 22, 28
May-2017:-1, 4[by email]-[by phone many times]) but on ebay didn't 'fall on deaf ears'
