[Resolved]  Ebay.in — non cooperative attitude towards sellers

Its been more than 5 years, i am working with ebay, though they are good with the payouts etc, but if there is any problem, the team never wants to do investigation and will close claim in buyer;s favor, taking investment of vendor for a ride...
General attitude problems as below:
One feels that the employees in ebay are programmed robots who are not willing to use their brains
The executives are rude and are not empathetic at all
Executives are lazy and are not willing to provide quick solution rather will linger the issues for months
The floor supervisors act pricy and refuse to talk to vendors
365 days every supervisor is on break at any time you call them
All of the supervisors will go on break together.
Executives are liards and lie that they have escalated the matter, gives false sr number that are not even escalated. Once i had a word with aman khan and he gave me some sr number saying my issue is escalated and then after some days i got to know it was a false sr number and he did not do any thing on that, he just marked my conversation with him with the given sr number. Despite of escalating with ebay, no action was taken against aman khan.
Executives openly admits that the due to technical drawback at their end, they make vendor to face loss.
For instance last month i shipped xiaomi redmi note 3, paisapay id [protected] and buyer claimed that he has rcvd a broken phone.
I replied the buyer that we have sent him a sealed pack product and have video recording as well as our office is under 24*7 cctv surveillance
Also the product is shipped under ebay powership...
Now ebay is not willing to watch the video recording and ebay does not owe explanation why they have approved claim in buyer's favor without investigating
When applied for sp, they have simply rejected the case saying our and buyer's concern is same and they as they don't have any facility to watch cctv surveillance, they will take buyer's favor and will reject our plea!!!
They are not willing to share if buyer has more solid proof than us or their lsp partner has proofs to prove that phone is not broken in transit.

More so some fraud cases they approve they dont pay the refund, we keep on chasing with the authorizes for moths and no one replies.
