Ebay.in — Not able to return the item and pathetic customer service

Claim ID: 1512109 I had ordered Nikon 55-200 mm lens, but didn't receive the original bill for that item. Contacted the seller and he was ready to refund, but the eBay asked me to take the product to the service center if there is any problem and they closed the claim without verifying. Never buy a product from eBay. I want to return that item and expect the refund.
