Ebay.in — Not agree to refund my money

Dear sir My paisapay id- .[protected] i received defective bulb then i file a complaint i got a call regarding claim id 1510086 and claim was approved on 13 Dec 2015. But refund of Amount is still not credited to my payumoney wallet account. I can confirm that amount was paid via payumoney wallet account. Ideally amount is expected to be credit within 3-4 working days. Now its almost 6 days but till now its not processed to my account. Very much disappointed with this kind of support from ebay. I have ordered many items but this one problem made me to check for other online options. Since got scared with ebay on refund process and I doubt whether my money will come or not. I hope some one atleast responds to this... else this will be my last transaction in ebay...

If you wish, you may check with your bank using the following refund details:

However, if the amount does not reflect in your bank account even after the stipulated time, kindly email us the latest bank statement with debit entry from the date of transaction to till date at [protected]@ebay.com, so that we can investigate the matter further.
