Made payment on 9/11/15 for SONY BRAVIA 40"40W700C LED TV from [protected]@gmail.com Paisa Pay ID [protected]. 1. Deadline for seller naming lingoimpex to dispatch item by 27/11/15 on which date he provided fake shipment no. [protected] of BLUE DART.Seller informed to ebay that BLUE DART has misplaced shipped item which was infact never shipped. 2 further i raised claim with eBay guarantee team to resolve issue they closed claim who were supposed to take details and take action but they did not do anything just closed claim with saying only refund way out. 3.Currently same seller selling same product on eBay but not ready to dispatch it to me and eBay executive informed me that they cant force seller to dispatch item asking to me talk with seller and convinience or else refund. Point:- If same seller selling said product why eBay initiating for refund in my case? why they are using money for 40 days and later on informing they can not provide item where same seller actually selling same product on there site? Desire Resolution :- need product with compensastion (No refund at all)
