[Resolved]  Ebay.in — not getting response for return

Hi, I purchased a foldable almirah from ebay with PaisaPay#[protected] and received the same on 25th October. It is very low quality and not the same what I expected.I written many times to ebay and merchant as well since 25th October that I want to return the product as I was not getting any option to place the return request on ebay. I tried with chat on 4th Nov but could not get any response. I tried calling them 3 times in 7days but did not get any response after waiting of more than 25min. I don't know what to do in this case but I am really not satisfied with the service provided by ebay. Thanks, Neha
