Ebay.in — Not original product and no support from ebay

I purchased iphone in dec 2015 from ebay, seller name is Elixircart 2014. after update my software my mobile's camera is not working. i went apple customer care . they told me it is not original product. according to IMEI number it is showing silver iphone and they sold me as a gold iphone.
I am trying to contact to seller of Ebay by from i.e. 07.04.2016 having with paisa pay ID:[protected] but inspite of my several calls and mails he is not picking my phone and even not responding on my mail.
Pl note I want my money back. hence it is duplicate product and i trust on ebay after that i will no tbuy any product from ebay. it seems it is fraud company. Even customer care personal also not giving proper solution
