[Resolved]  Ebay.in — not receive my online rejected payment in my a/c

Sir, I have purchased HP ENVY M6 laptop by eBay.in on 11 oct 2014. My paisapay id has been rejected on 13 oct 2014. According to rules the rejected payment has been recieve in 6-8 days but my payment is stuck from 20 days.there is no action on refund or any mail from ebay.in. I Have contacted eBay customer support several time .Every time they are telling " we are working on it ". Every representative saying that As I esalcate your concern and according to that within 48 hours you will get the update form our team end. My Request Please update ebay order status.
