[Resolved]  Ebay.in — not refund my money yet

My name is neeraj jain. I book my self 40"full hd led tv on 19 may 2017 from ebay.in but i received 42"hd ready led tv. That information given my self by email to ebay.in after the product received. The ebay company tolret my mail and some problem create for product revers pickup. The revers pickup on 1 aug. 2017. But not yet our amount return. And i call back continue to ebay company but not respons my call. I request to you please help me return my money with interest and fine.

Updated by Neeraj.19 It's your problem, I give the all documents, pls contact the your eBay.in team regarding the our complain . The complain not only refund my money but also 420 your coustmer . Serval times times I do email and call on your coustmer service no. [protected] but not response your side . Your company misuse my money tolret my problem .So I complain consumer Court refund my money with interest and penalty against 420 case and personal haresment .
