Ebay.in — Not refunding my account balance beyond repeated emails and chat

I am seller in ebay and i am closing my account in ebay.in so there is excess fund of 4799/- lying in my seller account balance i have already given phone request for refund of my fund to my bank account some days back but nothing happen i have sent mails no reply and i have also had a chat with tahaseen jahan q she assured me it will done by day end but nothing happened so plz take steps to refund my fund as soon as possible.
