Ebay.in — Not Refunding the money Or Not giving the new product

I bought Vguard stabilizer, it was damaged and warranty seal opened when i receive, i reported with ebay then they ask me to resent.i did but it crossed 50 day the problem not solved. I ordered Date : 13 Nov 2014 Received Date : 21 Nov 2014 Reported Date : 22 Nov 2014 Note :Myself only calling and ask them to resolve the problem.but they not interested.
