[Resolved] Ebay.in — Online payment converted into Cash on delivery in spite of ebay deducting the amount from my bank acc

I bought an item from ebay and paid online for an amount of rs 2398. The amount got debited from my bank account and the order automatically got converted into cash on delivery. Why do i have to pay twice. This is unethical! Please find below my order details.
