Ebay.in — ordered product haven't been received

I have ordered one PREETHI MIXER GRINDER BLUE LEAF GOLD from EBAY.

But now it is 10 days after my payment of Rs.3190. Till now i didnt recieved my paid product. now i got one mail from ebay says will refund my cash after 22 aug 2014. after these much delay and my payment recieved to ebay, i dont want refund of money. i want my product deivered. otherwise i will move to consumer court.

again one more order of mine has same problem.

resolve my complaint by delivering the product i ordered or otherwise i will file in consumer court for my loss.
