[Resolved]  Ebay.in — paisa pay remitance suspended

suspension of my paisa pay account is that item was bought by my friend from my other id that I used for buying. Due to some greed of hdfc discount coupon I helped him but now he left out of city with my item and I am empty hand.my friend is saying that he has already paid and accepted item reciept on ebay and he is not going to pay me again offline. i was not aware of such things are not allowed and just came to know from consumer court community about this possibility that buying own item from other id is not allowed. I don know why these transactions aalallialliweallowed. Just holding seller fee is warnubgearning you bank interest. You are requested to please release my paisa pay payment of 23000 and update the status. I dont want to reinstate account just pay my money . customer support does not even reply.
