Ebay.in — PAYMENT PASSED THROUGH PAYTM BUT ORDER NOT GENERATED

Before I go ahead and lodge a consumer court case i just want a confirmation from EBAY as the name is in picture. A reansaction was done by PAYTM for ebay dated 19th June where the gateway did deduct the payment but didnt pass to EBAY. the amount got deducted as EBAY wallet. Can you please confirm if any payment went through my id at Ebay as abhi9818 from PAYTM. if so please release it as the order never got generated. I am unable to convince PAYTM and they pull over the onus to EBAY.
