[Resolved] Ebay.in — phone i bought (iphone 6 plus) | |||||
I bought an iphone 7 plus from rk international enterprise for 23000 through ebay which i received on 31 march 2018 and the phone received doesn’t function well, keeps on hanging from day 1. There is some deffect in the ic of the mobile. I am unable to even dial a number or infact open it. Apps keep on opening themselves i am really annoyed with the product. Kindly address the issue as soon as possible i have sent a mail 5 days back even which wasn’t answered yet. Otherwise i would have to take legal actions. Expecting a reply at earliest.
