I placed an order with ebay and the very next day I called ebay to cancel my order as I do not want that order to be processed. I called customer care, after staying on call for approximately 50 minutes, the executive told me that they cannot cancel the order and I have to contact seller for the same. They gave me the seller information like phone number and email address. I contacted the seller multiple times and his phone number was switched off and till now its switched off and then I contacted the seller by email and he responded me back with the ebay customer care number to contact ebay support .They I called again ebay customer care by phone and told them that seller is not responding, they said they cannot do anything and hung up the call. I contacted them via chat support and they hung on me without my permission and ended the chat . This is the worst customer experience I have ever got . If customer has placed an order online from my website, that website should take the responsibility of the cancellation and refunds... Was this information helpful? |
