[Resolved] Ebay.in — Poor in service and 100% Money back client satisfaction guarantee is not provided

I purchase a New Dell laptop from CGlobal.in via Ebay.
When opened the product the DELL Service Tag was showing 1.5 month already used. I really socked as I have purchase the new DELL Laptop and how it is used fro 1.5 Month.
When I called to DELL, they said this product is Purchase in USA and registered in some one in USA not with my name. And this product can not be transferred to my name.
What a stupidity? I have paid 52, 000 and still I can not be authenticated by DELL.
When I contacted to seller, he accepted the truth and said it's SELLER warranty.
Then I decided to refund the product but I can not as Ebay is saying it's written as seller warranty.
So I can not refund this product. Want to know if any product come with 100% satisfaction or money back gurantee policy, but Ebay is refused to this.
My advice is not to trust Ebay and not to buy untill u read all the minor points.
Ebay has poor service, they have taken 28 days to response my query.
I have all the recordings and not satisfy with Ebay.

CGlobal.in given the trust to give warrenty for 1 year.
Poor SSupport ervice from Ebay, they took 28 days to answer my question and Ebay was failed to return Money back guarantee.
Luckly CGlobal.in provided the trust to provide service for 1 year.
