[Resolved] Ebay.in — poor quality product delivered

I purchased 2 sarees from ebay but these sarees are not as per the description provided in the website and the photograph shown with the product. If the product is not same that displayed then it s cheating with customers because they buy product by looking at the images provided on the website. eBay is cheating innocent customers.Please Help me.
