I am purchasing a product from ebay India on 25th Jan 2017 seller send me refurbished mobile not brand new, I am contacting apple customer service reg this they also confirm this phone is not brand new that is second hand, when I am raise a claim on ebay they also not solved my problem and close my case without solving my problem and without listening my problem and I am contacting on ebay again and again but nobody solving my issue I am sending many mails seller agree for return there product but not sending any confirmation mail on ebay only sending me pls solve my issue
