Ebay.in — Received damaged product

I have purchased one 'New Acupressure power mat with Magnets Pyramids for Pain Relief Magnetic therapy' which was received in damaged condition (damaged two corners, may be because of improper packing). I have contacted the seller. He replied to approach 'eBay Guarantee'. The, I have contacted the 'eBay Guarantee' over telephone on 30/12/2014 and 13/01/2015. Claim ID: 813883 and Service Request No. I-[protected]. Both the time, I have received the answer that I will receive a call from eBay within next 48/ 72 hrs. But I have still to receive any call. I am highly dissatisfied with the eBay Guarantee/ eBay customer service and same was not expected from eBay that it took 20 days to process the dispute.
