[Resolved]  Ebay.in — received item in damaged condition

i purchased a 17' Sony led TV '[protected] from eby. The same has been delivered on 28.10.2014.then open the seal the TV can not run.The seller Shrisaiwireless has not sent warrenty card, bill of TV, Guide book.Then i conntacted over help line, but no answar has been receive after calling 2 hours.ebay warrenty has also not responding. you are requested to exechange or return the TV immediatly.
