I ordered "CISS DESMAT EMPTY CISS FOR HP CANON EPSON PRINTERS INK.PREMIUM QUALITY. DURABLE" from eBay.in on 20 Jan 2017.The item I ordered wasn't delivered by the seller. They are saying that they can't deliver the item and they are initiating a refund. But The amount is not credited to my account yet.

I ordered a Forme phone and I got it delivered on January 26th and it is not working. Let the complaint be small or big written, u have to do ur job. Boz it is our money, u want to delay like this. I dont want like this silly answers/mail. I want my money back immediately. Do this as soon as possible.
